About the role

You will examine the support needs of university academics working in research areas that could be distressing (e.g., trauma, violence, death).

The role will involve identifying research participants, completing qualitative interviews and data analysis, and presenting research findings. You will also assist in generating guidelines for supporting researchers effectively, based on the evidence generated.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis with an expected duration of 6 months.

About you:

For informal discussions about the role please contact. Dr Tina Skinner (Senior Lecturer) on sssts@bath.ac.uk or Prof Paul Chadwick (Professor) on pdjc20@bath.ac.uk
