Responsibilities
- Support the Events Marketing Manager in managing all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, coordination leading up to the event to post event show follow up
- Manage Show Logistics: Show registration, preparation of exhibitor booths, packing & shipping of show materials and communication with show vendors
- Manage post event reporting on event success (ROI)
- Coordinate with outside vendors for industry event show orders and tracking of spend
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, internal stakeholders before, during and after events
- Support with the booking of venues, hotels & travel
- Demonstrated success in the support and planning of high-quality events is a plus
- Passion for corporate event planning
- Ideally experience in the following systems and tools - Microsoft Office, GoToWebinar, Adobe Photo Suite, and HubSpot
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or related qualification is a plus
- Outgoing personality with a desire to learn
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines and problem solve
