Position Overview & Specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Accurately pick and pack orders from our website and for our 121 sourcing clients
- Weigh and organise kilo sacks for our specialist clients
- Assist with unloading and loading deliveries
- Transport stock to designated departments to support graders
- Support shipping operations
- Manage bales inventory
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace by performing general warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and tidying workspaces.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. WORK EXPERIENCE: The preferred candidate should have previous experience working in both retail and warehouse environments. They should be able to function effectively as a team member, while also being able to work independently as required.
