Position Overview & Specifications
- Translate business problems into analytical use cases and requirements
- Partner with operational teams to find opportunities within our data to improve business performance
- Present analysis, training and support to business users that support our goal of being data-driven with particular emphasis on story telling
- Create and evolve BI dashboards and KPIs
- Build & support on data model creation
- Help support the wider team maintain data and analytics outputs
- A proven track record in a similar role, ideally using PowerBI although other visualisation tools such as Looker and Tableau will also be considered
- Proven capability in applying advanced analytical and statistical methods in a similar Commercial role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience of working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experienced Storyteller
- Comfortable with Data Model best practise
- Previous Cloud experience would be a distinct advantage – we use GCP although full training is on offer for the right applicant
- Experience with DBT and Git is desirable
- Experience working in Agile teams – JIRA, Confluence
