£27,900 per annum + excellent retention bonus

We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and join us as a Customer Service Coordinator.

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will handle internal and external customers’ day to day requirements which will include accepting and processing orders, coordinating enquiries and orders with our Design and Production Departments through to delivery.

Duties

• To ensure works in a safe and effective manner within the framework of health and safety and employment legislation.
• Ensure customer requirements are met within a professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Accept and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints.
• Make outbound telesales calls.
• Accept incoming calls from the main phone line in a friendly and professional manner and direct as necessary.
• Proactively provide accurate customer feedback to the business which can be used as part of our continuous improvement drive.
• Supply management information as requested.

Skills/experience required

• Proven experience working in customer services or sales role within a busy office environment.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• An ability to multitask whilst remaining organised and efficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good level of GCSE English and Maths
• Friendly and approachable.
