Salary: £22,375 (subject to experience)

Hours: Full time - 35 hours

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)

The West Brom are looking to recruit a Completions Administrator to join our completions team, The post holder will process all mortgage applications from offer to completion within agreed service standards with a high level of accuracy, excellent customer service and handle calls effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• To process mortgages through the various completions tasks, achieving required productivity and accuracy objectives
  
• Ensure inbound / outbound calls are handled efficiently and professionally in accordance with the pre-determined standards and provide support to Contact Centre agents/ deal with application queries.
  
• All mortgage administration and documentation is completed accurately.
  
• To package all mortgage offers to customers / solicitors / brokers.
  
• Process Certificate on Titles to agreed service standard and ensure they adhere to lending policy
  
• Ensure that the Rules and Guidance within the FSA's Mortgage Conduct of Business (MCOB) and Insurance Conduct of Business (ICOB) Sourcebooks, are complied with.
  
• Maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge.
  
  

Skills and Experience Required:

• Good level of PC skills, including Word and Excel
  
• 12 to 18 months customer service or administration experience
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise workloads
  
• Empathy towards customers
  
• Ability to work effectively as a member of the team
  
• Professional telephone manner
