We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to lead our academy operational teams. This is a new role following an internal restructure. The post is offered at a competitive starting salary of £48,512, with performance-related progression within a five-point range.The successful candidate will be working with colleagues who are passionate about the contribution they make to the school and its students in a very motivating, forward-thinking environment.
