Our hospital is a privately owned practice which prides itself on providing excellent customer service. Our philosophy is simple: treat our clients' pets as we would our own, practice the best possible medicine, and have a great time while we work. Our team is experienced and very friendly which creates a wonderful work environment. Keeping up a positive work environment is very important to us. Team happiness is a top priority, and we strive to always be better and grow.
*HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, 1st & 3rd Saturdays 9am-2pm*

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Excellent phone etiquette.
-Typing skills required.
-Computer knowledge required; comfortable with desktop applications such as Microchip Word and Outlook.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
-Previous exceptional customer service experience, focused on establishing and maintaining client rapport.

-Working conditions: May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises and animal feces/urine. May be exposed to bites, scratches and contagious diseases.
