Position Overview & Specifications
Listed in The Times Top Track 250 for mid-market growth consecutively for 5 years running, we manufacture a wide range of flours in some of the most technically advanced mills in the world. This ensures the highest levels of food safety and brand protection for our customers. We have built our reputation as a world class miller and market leader through significant capital investment and our close working relationships with our customers and suppliers. All of which is underpinned by our dedicated and highly skilled people.
Working with our fleet of Forklifts, our Warehouse Operatives move our packed flour around our site before loading it onto our famous yellow lorries ready for delivery. We are looking for new members to join our Warehouse team. Available shift patterns include:
· 4-week rotating shift pattern of 12 hour shifts, covering days, nights, and weekends, working an average of 42 hours per week.
· Monday to Friday shift pattern for a total of 40 hours per week. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00.
The role will suit a hands on, enthusiastic team-player with a can-do attitude. As we have a relatively small team some of the work will require you to work alone with minimal supervision. You may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others meet objectives.

· Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse
· Experience of working a rotating shift pattern

· A valid Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck licence
