- Provide general administrative support to the Studio Production Team including purchase-order invoicing, travel organisation and expense management.
- Prepare agendas and taking minutes for meetings as requested.
- Liaise regularly with Studio managers and team leaders to ensure a comprehensive on-boarding of new hires.
- Organise studio tours and 'Life of a PID'.
- Update, maintain and distribute the studio team overview document.
- Be the point if liaison with HR, facilitate and Service desk to ensure all studio members are fully equipped.
- Keep up to date on current and forthcoming studio projects and events.
- Provide new ideas, incentives and initiatives to further elevate the studio environment and team morale.
- Chair the Studio Comittee on a fortnightly basis and ensure full participation from all studio teams.
- Complete general admin and team support, plus adhoc project work.
- Proven success in an administrative/head office position, ideally within a large, global fashion/retail business.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work methodically and efficiently with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative.
- Excellent detail-oriented and deadline driven skills, and an ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills. Can work independently in a structured manner.
- A flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A demonstrated understanding of the Studio Production team with the ability to identify needs to support changes and implement new processes and procedures.
- Proactive, self-confidence, highly motivated team player attitude.
